~43~ Dream HOME
- Now, I know my DREAM HOME. Looking at my vision board or DREAM board, my home is full of SPACE, sunshine and blue sky, clean air and blossoms of flowers, space for me, family and friends, lovely and handful kitchen, simple wardrobe and storage, bedrooms and bathrooms, no main gate, no clock, no TV, no newspaper either. Simple yet basic life that back to nature, next to the riverside and jungle walk. So far, I could not find any place like this in KL yet. After looking at the photos posted by KL Fong and Sara in facebook, it inspires me to build my own HOME. Most photos are download from SekSan at their Serendah project.
- It is just NICE for me, my SWEET HOME and a PERFECT fit.
- Now, I am enroll and attract to my dream home and will look forward to invest on a piece of land that near to the riverside and jungle walk. I am creating the path for my Sweet Home.
~42~ My AYURVEDA
- On March, I have decided to go for a thorough body "DETOX". In fact, everybody detox everyday through skin, kidney, liver etc... I have heard of the Ayurveda method by Madam Hsiang long way back in June 2005, somehow, I have put all these toughs aside until this year. The first person whom have shared with me is Yen Lu from Landmark Forum. Followed by Cindy Kwek, my lawyer. They are sharing from the same source, and I am so curious of their appearance - their skin complexion, they looks lighter and brighter, greater energy, bigger cheers and smile. It was a BIG WOW for me. I decided to dial the number and make an effort to listen on Madam Hsiang sharing in her place at Taman Seputeh.
- The talk was scheduled on 16th Mac 2008, Sun 2pm. She shared her experiences on choices of food - The "LEFT OVER". There are plenty of misleading nutritious food advertisements that convince us to buy "left over" food. Those food are having the same criteria - looks great from the packaging, the labels and explanations, however the body could have work extremely HARD to digest them. Madam shared her wisdom in choosing the "good food" for the body, distinguish them from my REALITY. I went home with doubts and empty hands.
- Step 1, Day 1. - Intestine cleansing (I have no intention to take the photos, it was all the black and dam smelly BooBoo, for first day alone, I went to toilet for eight times. I have heavy headache by dealing with my dramas due to no caffeine intake. Lots of releasing on mind and emotions for past events and incongruency. I was surprised that it stir the emotions this way)
- Step 5, 2 months later - 3rd Liver cleansing, keep it up until the 5th cleansing. (I am on my way to the 4th one)
- Today, results shown in every parts of my body. Friends and family members around me asked a lot about the changes, especially the skin complexion and my body size. Now, I feel this is the RIGHT time to share the SECRET rather than just smiling and acknowledge the truth.
- I was so excited to see what is OUT from my body, I kept camera ready all the time to capture the moment of TRUTH. However, my hubby said it was disgusting. I told him that he have not see what is in his body yet and it is too early to judge this way. Well, well, look forward to see what is in his body. Looking forward to his turn then.
- It was an amazing journey to BODY transformation. I feel GREAT and AWESOME. Gratitude thanks to Madam Hsiang and her family, friends that share the goodies of mind and body works.

~40~ 10 Things Of What I STOP Doing
I have been dealing with my own thoughts that leading me no where. Sick and tired of it. Of course, they are all my dramas and past thoughts. I called up to Reza and shared with him about it, he suggested me to list down the 10 things, which I'm going to commit on STOP doing. I have just completed the 9th and 10th. Our conversation is about 6 weeks ago, on 12th of May, a day after Mothers' Day. The listing from number 1-8 has shown results after these 6 weeks. It was a BIG realisation on how HARD I treated myself.
My Stop Doing List
- STOP jumping into conclusion
- STOP blaming myself
- STOP justifying
- STOP beating myself up
- STOP drama, such as of making my body sick or aching
- STOP holding back to intuitions
- STOP over responsibility on others
- STOP taking caffeine as life's boaster
- STOP procrastinate
- STOP on EGO
Be grateful in truth. Seeing everything as IT IS.
