~43~ Dream HOME


  • Now, I know my DREAM HOME. Looking at my vision board or DREAM board, my home is full of SPACE, sunshine and blue sky, clean air and blossoms of flowers, space for me, family and friends, lovely and handful kitchen, simple wardrobe and storage, bedrooms and bathrooms, no main gate, no clock, no TV, no newspaper either. Simple yet basic life that back to nature, next to the riverside and jungle walk. So far, I could not find any place like this in KL yet. After looking at the photos posted by KL Fong and Sara in facebook, it inspires me to build my own HOME. Most photos are download from SekSan at their Serendah project.
  • It is just NICE for me, my SWEET HOME and a PERFECT fit.
  • Now, I am enroll and attract to my dream home and will look forward to invest on a piece of land that near to the riverside and jungle walk. I am creating the path for my Sweet Home.

~42~ My AYURVEDA

  • On March, I have decided to go for a thorough body "DETOX". In fact, everybody detox everyday through skin, kidney, liver etc... I have heard of the Ayurveda method by Madam Hsiang long way back in June 2005, somehow, I have put all these toughs aside until this year. The first person whom have shared with me is Yen Lu from Landmark Forum. Followed by Cindy Kwek, my lawyer. They are sharing from the same source, and I am so curious of their appearance - their skin complexion, they looks lighter and brighter, greater energy, bigger cheers and smile. It was a BIG WOW for me. I decided to dial the number and make an effort to listen on Madam Hsiang sharing in her place at Taman Seputeh.
  • The talk was scheduled on 16th Mac 2008, Sun 2pm. She shared her experiences on choices of food - The "LEFT OVER". There are plenty of misleading nutritious food advertisements that convince us to buy "left over" food. Those food are having the same criteria - looks great from the packaging, the labels and explanations, however the body could have work extremely HARD to digest them. Madam shared her wisdom in choosing the "good food" for the body, distinguish them from my REALITY. I went home with doubts and empty hands.
  • Next day, 17th March, Mon. I decided to call Madam and pick up some ingredients from her house. It cost me less than RM200 (including D.I Y. Enema bag and coffee). I have also decided to do the body cleansing on that night itself.
  • Step 1, Day 1. - Intestine cleansing (I have no intention to take the photos, it was all the black and dam smelly BooBoo, for first day alone, I went to toilet for eight times. I have heavy headache by dealing with my dramas due to no caffeine intake. Lots of releasing on mind and emotions for past events and incongruency. I was surprised that it stir the emotions this way)
  • Step 2, Day 2 & 3 - De-worms
  • Step 3, Day 4 - Liver cleansing with DIY Enema
  • Step 4, 1 month later - 2nd Liver cleansing
  • Step 5, 2 months later - 3rd Liver cleansing, keep it up until the 5th cleansing. (I am on my way to the 4th one)
  • After toilets, replenish with vegetables soup, drink plenty of warm water, coconut water, eat raw sugar and raw salt, "good food" every meals.
  • Today, results shown in every parts of my body. Friends and family members around me asked a lot about the changes, especially the skin complexion and my body size. Now, I feel this is the RIGHT time to share the SECRET rather than just smiling and acknowledge the truth.
  • I was so excited to see what is OUT from my body, I kept camera ready all the time to capture the moment of TRUTH. However, my hubby said it was disgusting. I told him that he have not see what is in his body yet and it is too early to judge this way. Well, well, look forward to see what is in his body. Looking forward to his turn then.
  • It was an amazing journey to BODY transformation. I feel GREAT and AWESOME. Gratitude thanks to Madam Hsiang and her family, friends that share the goodies of mind and body works.

~40~ 10 Things Of What I STOP Doing

I have been dealing with my own thoughts that leading me no where. Sick and tired of it. Of course, they are all my dramas and past thoughts. I called up to Reza and shared with him about it, he suggested me to list down the 10 things, which I'm going to commit on STOP doing. I have just completed the 9th and 10th. Our conversation is about 6 weeks ago, on 12th of May, a day after Mothers' Day. The listing from number 1-8 has shown results after these 6 weeks. It was a BIG realisation on how HARD I treated myself.
My Stop Doing List
  1. STOP jumping into conclusion
  2. STOP blaming myself
  3. STOP justifying
  4. STOP beating myself up
  5. STOP drama, such as of making my body sick or aching
  6. STOP holding back to intuitions

~38~ MAYA Angelou


In April, Maya Angelou was interviewed by Oprah on her 70+ birthday. Oprah asked her what she thought of growing older. And, there on television, she said it was 'exciting.' Regarding body changes, she said there were many, occurring every day ... like her breasts. They seem to be in a race to see which will reach her waist, first.


The audience laughed so hard they cried. She is such a simple and honest woman, with so much wisdom in her words! Maya Angelou also said :'I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.'

'I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.'


'I've learned that regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life.'

~37~ A New EARTH

A Must READ Book for everyone, I feel. Such a GREAT sharing from Eckhart Tolle, after he published "The POWER of NOW" few years back in 1997. Look into the Oprah's Book Club online to have clarity on his sharing. By just reading this book, my life transformed, and I am still reading through it. I would like to share with you all. This book was shared by my friend, Annie during her trip to Malaysia.

~36~ Class 3B3


  • Wow, it has been about 5 weeks I stop scribble on my blog. Time flies!!!
  • In fact, I had created a new blog called class3B3.blogspot.com on the 11th April 08. My intention of creating Class 3B3 is to share my knowledge and experiences in Fashion Merchandising and Retailing during my practice in 1997 to 2004. Ever since I committed myself in lecturing at Malaysian Institute Of Arts, MIA since April, the activities took a bigger space in my life.
  • Even though the lecturing only takes me 2 hours in a week, the class has 15 people. Lots of efforts and thoughts have been put into the effectiveness of learning process. It includes the design of context and content, games simulation, debriefs, music, sitting arrangement, props and examples that appeal real and relevant for the participants and actively encourage them to participate fully in every sessions. I hope they could receive and retain the experiences. It is not an easy job. However, I just love the process of using Excellerated Learning rather than the tradisonal way of academy teaching. I learned so much about myself on earn the rigths to share, ego, frustrations, anger, and how hard I beat myself up when results did not show up as the way I want it to be. It enhance my thinking process, in another word, I am highly perturbed. I love it so much and highly engage with the process.
  • The other thing I love is, being supported by close friends around me, they are Reza, Saba, Jana, Foo, Kitty, Lee and Ms Lai in sharing their experiences that relevant to my lecturing. Those sharing includes presentation skills, questioning technique, games design, content design and seeing possibilities in many many ways. It enrich my thoughts and the way I deliver my knowledge. Besides, it accelerated my creativity when I share my concern with them. Every time when I ask, I got another new question and follow by another question. This is also why I love Reza so much, he hardly give me answer, I got to think through it myself. This is how I grow.
  • So much perturbations going on, until I found out that I speak very very less unless there is a need to talk. Most of the time I am creating, relating and note my creations on papers.

~35~ Add VALUE

Add VALUE - the key to doing MORE with LESS. It make a different in personal and business success. I have been thinking through about ADD VALUE all this while ever since my involvement in biz. I brought the topic up again during my discussion with Reza few days back. He suggested me to think about, what I have added value in the past and what I can add value now. Just only this, perturbation has been going on.
The PAST
I recalled my autograph during my secondary graduation on what friends shared about me. I found something in common that they shared about me is they love my cheerfulness, spontaneous and my home make food that I had shared with them. I made this available to my close friend and family members.
NOW
What I have created in my blog is to add value to others on life transformation "tool box", something that have made a better me. I am thinking of something that could make a better YOU, after reading my blog.
One of the possibilities that I could think of is providing a platform in blogger for Personal Development Programs Reviews; be it seminars, CDs, VCDs, DVDs, books etc... that a person has gone through and be able to share his satisfaction level rating from 1 STAR to 5 STAR.
The Rule Of Reviews
  • Sharing with INTEGRITY, ones must have ate the Assam Laksa before sharing the taste of it.
  • WIN/WIN for everyone, create an intention for growth to all parties.
  • Create empowerment from RESPONSIBILITY rather than Justifying, Blaming or Denying.
  • Satisfaction level rating from minimum 1 STAR to 5 STAR.
  • Evaluation of satisfaction from all aspects including
  1. Instructor's experience whether he has earned the RIGHT to share
  2. Methodology, what method of sharing has been used? Forum, Games simulations, etc...
  3. Ethic of conduct
  4. Perceived Value vs Receive Value (Me as a participant)

  6. Level of learning, understanding and awareness (what I could remember until NOW)

~33~ REZA Ali -The RIGHT Eye

Last week, I was having conversation with Reza over the phone, he invited me to write him a testimonials. I took few days to construct a passage however, I find it not easy to post it to him. I feel like thinking too much. Today, I asked myself on what I feel like saying about Reza...and here is my mail to him couple of minuets ago.

Hi, Reza,

Thanks for everything and every moment from you to me...

When I think of writing some words about you in your testimonials, some key words appeared, what I feel about Reza is knowledgeable, willingness to share/to give & receive, support life transformation, commit to excellent, "HARD" to himself, arrogant. When I construct them into sentences,

Reza is a very supportive person in my life transformation. I knew him through my Money and You seminar in 2005. He was an instructor in my Business School in 2007. He inspires me by his sharing of his life transformation and by his commitment to excellence in every area his chooses to participate. He easily hints me with examples which he draws from his experiences and he encourages me to seek my own answers by asking me the right questions. He never teaches or shares anything that he has not himself gone through or has not earned the right to say. I feel that he is "hard" on himself too, because of wanting the best of the best. ~32~ Legendary St. PRISCA

LEGEND of St. Prisca, an amazing story. I chose this name during my baptism without knowing much about St. Prisca, in fact, there are very little to read about her during my search of having a Christian name. However, I chose it, I am attracted to this name instantly while viewing through the name listing of Saint.

  • Prisca was of a noble family and at thirteen years of age was accused of Christianity before Emperor Claudius. By his command she was taken to the temple of Apollo to sacrifice there, and when she refused, was buffeted and sent to prison. She was released from prison, but when she still held steadfastly to the faith, they flogged her, poured boiling tallow(oil) upon her, and sent her back a second time. She was at last thrown to a lion in the amphitheater, but it quietly lay down at her feet. She was starved for three days in a slaves' prison house, and then tortured upon the rack. Pieces of flesh were next torn from her body with iron hooks, and she was thrown on a burning pile. She marvelously still remained alive, and was accordingly beheaded outside the city. Saint Prisca lived and died two hundred and seventy years after Christ's birth.
  • St. Prisca day fall on 18th January every year.

~31~ Friends On INTERVIEW

Recently, my friends were interviewed by local media. Annie, Saba and Wendy on HER WORLD magazine, February 2008 edition. Heiko and Selina on NTV 7, live breakfast show on 27th March 2008, 8.45am. I was so excited to fetch them to the studio in that early morning. Watched them live on the stage interviewed by Hanson. It was so amazing. I see myself on the stage as a host. Hahahaha...I'm so glad and happy with friends that I have , they are GREAT.

~30~ HOME

Mum called me last week, telling that our home is going to dismantle soon latest by May. It is no longer a surprise for me because the agreement has been signed ever since 2004. I feel sad and excited.

  • I feel sad, because of my attachment on the house. I grew up here since born. It was my grandma's house located at Perak Lane, Penang. Perak Lane is a "BLACK" area during 1970's, it was a happening area for illegal trading, gangsters, and fights is normal during 70's. In 80's, during my childhood, I knew there were people selling and consuming drugs at my neighbourhood. Under ground gambling, prostitution and extortion were common scenes. My primary school - SRJK (C) Moh Ghee is right opposite my house. I went to school by crossing a street. I could still remember that my Grandma used to lock the gate with big padlock, follow by another grill with another padlock. Home is a prison for me that point of time, I was not allowed to play outside the gate, the environment was not save for me, no friends no freedom. This was a programing in my past.
  • Now the house is going to dismantle, mum and my brother is going to move to our new house soon. Excitement and joy come along during our preparations on moving to new house. Argument and disagreement between three of us, all together as a package. Lots of resolutions and agreement between three of us. Woooshss...
  • I will be going HOME again and again until everything settle down, and Mum, I just want you to be happy :) xoxo

I Love the word "Premier", for me, it means excellent, great and luxury. Let's see what it really mean in dictionary.

Such a BIG different from my perceptions, my meaning of PREMIER came from previous working experience in HSBC Premier that the company look into the Luxuries of banking services, the Premier Banking Hall equip with private meeting room, Internet broadband, fax machine, massage chairs, tea coffee cappuccinos, cheese cakes, besides personal banking advisory by their personal banker. Premier come along with Platinum credit card with very high credit limit, special rate for foreign currencies exchange, personal credit products such as overdraft and mortgage with negotiable rate and etc... Premier account holders are allow to invite their friends to meet in Premier Banking Hall worldwide. It has been created as a private home office for Premier customers. There will be lots of special invitations such as FengShui and Investment Talks, movie screening and etc...ONLY for the Premier.

I learned a lots about money matters from my Premier clients, they are knowledgeable and challenge me in many ways, they always think out of the box and see possibilities everywhere. I love my employment in Premier banking, besides lucrative package from bank, my success is continuous learning from great people every day. Just like viewing "Think and Grow RICH", book from Napoleon Hill.

~26~ INTENTION

Setting an INTENTION is very different from having an AGENDA. How I get to know this?

  • During my Chinese New Year celebration, as usual, I continue doing what I used to enjoy most - cooking for the family, meals for 13 adults and 18 children. In my past year, I picked up recipes and cooking details from books, newspaper cutting, TV programs and friends. I ran around to source ingredients every where few weeks before Chinese New Year. I felt excited, stressful, heavy and over responsible. What is in my thought are : Why should I cook? Restaurants and food stores are available even though it is holidays, unlikely 10 years ago, Chinese truly rest during New Year and nobody is working, every household will cook their own dishes otherwise no food.
  • What's made me felt interesting about is, after celebrations and cooking, I always have lots of left over ingredients, which I don't need AT ALL and I don't like the access of ingredients because they cannot last long. However, it just happened.
  • This year, I throw away my agenda on what I want to cook and no recipes. I just prepare some ingredients, which from my experiences, I don't think I could get it in Bidor. And I created an intention as simple as - I will cook lovely, delicious, tasty yet nutritious food for my family.
  • Here it goes, GREAT meals, lunch, dinner with desserts that suits everyone taste, depending on that day conditions, when majority of us having heated up with our body, I changed fry chicken to stew chicken. That made a BIG different for myself and my family.
I created lots of sweetener in my meals, the desserts is lovely and SWEET for the soul. (the food in the pictures are not cook by me, my desserts are white fungus with green apples, longan with pandan syrup, caramel eggs custard)

~25~ PASSION

I just realised that I have GREAT passion in writing, posting colorful photos, slide show and video clip, sourcing and inviting friends to post their knowledge to "enrich" my blog is truly engaging.
  • I have PASSION to share, to lead and show ways to better being, a Wealth Beingness.
  • Saba told me that she saw the different in me that I am "softer" during our meeting yesterday night, I shared with her that I have made PEACE with myself.

It is an amazing journey.
